Nick Lealos is a graduate of University of Texas School of Law and former Managing Editor of the American Journal of Criminal Law. He has served as open records attorney for the Texas Department of Insurance, the Texas Division of Workers Compensation, and the Texas Department of Public Safety. He currently serves as the open records attorney for the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. He has filed hundreds of requests for ruling with the Texas of Attorney General and is responsible for multiple previous determinations.
