As a records and information professional, your boss informed you that the organization you work for has made a final selection of the new Enterprise Content Management System. You have now been assigned to assist in the project to clean-up shared drives in the organization. Where to begin?
The Austin ARMA Chapter is pleased to have Robert O’Connor, CRM, Texas Teachers Retirement System William Basinger, CRM, BBVA Compass to share their expertise and to help us better understand the strategic planning of a shared drive clean-up process.
