Speaking at the September chapter meeting is Bryan Cooper.

Actions speak louder than words and to communicate more effectively you need to better understand not only what your body is saying, but what other bodies are saying as well.

Presentation Topic: "What Everybody is Saying"

Outside of our conscious attention, our body communicates and speaks a language of its own.  One that generally impacts and influences all our human relationships – be it family or friends, colleagues or clients.  Other human beings are subconsciously influenced in forming an instinctive opinion about us from the nonverbal messages that transmit to them through our body language.  This presentation will help you understand how to manage possible mix messages and better understand what others are thinking even though they may not be saying it.
