Certified Records Manager (CRM): The Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM) is an international certifying organization of and for professional records and information managers. The primary mission of the ICRM is to develop and administer the professional certification of Records and Information Managers including the relevant examinations and certification maintenance program. Certified Information Professional (CIP): AIIM worked with industry experts and focus groups to define the body of knowledge necessary for information professionals to be successful in the Intelligent Information Management era and built a certification exam based upon this body of knowledge. Information Governance Professional (IGP): The IGP certification is focused exclusively on the high-level, strategic practice of information governance. IGP demonstrates that you have the strategic perspective and the requisite knowledge to help your organization leverage information for maximum value while reducing the costs and mitigating the risks associated.
