ARMA's members include records managers, archivists, corporate librarians, imaging specialists, legal professionals, IT managers, consultants, and educators. We work in a wide variety of industries, including government, legal, healthcare, financial services, and petroleum.
What We Do
The Austin ARMA Chapter meets monthly and hosts a variety of events including a holiday party, vendor appreciation meeting, member appreciation meeting, CRM study group, Spring Seminar, and our most popular, a public Shred Day (sometimes two a year) where all the members of the community can securely shred their personal confidential documents while we collect donations for the chapter and local charities. Austin ARMA strives to provide excellent networking opportunities for all its members and guests, of all skill levels. Educational events and seminars are always open to everyone. Whether you are a novice records manager, an experienced practitioner with decades of experience, or a student in records and information management...there is something for everyone at ARMA Austin. |
