Learn how to identify, engage, and motivate stakeholders to sell or elevate your RIM/IG Program using tips and tricks from an IG Subject Matter Expert.

Our speaker: Ryan Zilm, Records and Information Manager at Motiva Enterprises, LLC

Ryan M. Zilm has been an active contributor to the Information Management & Technology profession for more than 25 years and currently is employed with Motiva Enterprises overseeing the Records & Information Management Program, based in Houston, Texas. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio, has a B.A in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, and has participated in developing many foundational resources supporting associated Information-related communities. Ryan has also served in multiple capacities within ARMA at the local chapter and region levels, has recently served as Past President of the ARMA International Board of Directors and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the ARMA International Educational Foundation. He has been privileged to present throughout the world on a wide range of Leadership, Professional Development, Records Management & Information Governance related topics.
