Join us for the first in-person chapter meeting of the year! This session will address new Technology Tools that have come onto the marketplace in the last few years that enable and empower a Remote Workforce. Among the technology topics that will be addressed in this session include Content Services Delivery Platforms, Enterprise Capture, Conversion Services, Digital Mail-room Automation and Robotics Process Automation (RPA). These tools help an organization to create and leverage digital documents that remote workers need to do their jobs from home while also improving their productivity and efficiency.
Speaker: Tom Forsyth, CRM
Tom Forsyth, CRM, is an ECM Solutions Consultant for DataBank IMX based in Dallas. Tom has over 40 years of experience in the document and records management field. He helps organizations to achieve maximum benefits from a successful deployment of ECM and Business Process Automation solutions. His knowledge of records and information management puts him in a unique position to help organizations transition from paper-based to fully-digital systems.
Tom served on the ARMA Southwest Region Team from 2010-2018. He has also served as President, Senior VP, VP Public Relations, Immediate Past President, Past President and ICRM Liaison for the ARMA Dallas chapter. ARMA has had a positive impact on Tom’s career development. The CRM Seminars, Study Sessions and Mentoring provided by ARMA and the Dallas chapter were instrumental in his success in passing the CRM exams on his first try in 2003. Tom has served as an instructor for the Part V of the CRM exam at many of the Southwest Region CRM Conferences since 2005. He has also been an instructor for local CRM study groups and provided educational programs for many of the chapters in the Southwest Region.
