Licensed and Practicing since 1993, over 24 years in administrative law, government attorney within the Texas Workforce Commission, Office of General Counsel, where she provided legal advice on Litigation (1996-1998), Rulemaking (1998-2005), Open Meetings, Data Sharing Agreements (2005-2018), Open Records Coordinator (2005-2018); Launched and supported TWC Privacy Program (2010-2018); State Bar of Texas – Office of Legal Counsel – Records Attorney (2018-2021) providing support on cybersecurity, transparency, litigation, and open government primarily along with general legal counsel advice. City of Austin Information Security Office – Privacy Office – Part-Time (2021-Present).
