The March Austin ARMA meeting will be held March 19, 2024 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This hybrid in-person/virtual* meeting is free for chapter members and only $5 for guests. Lunch will be provided for In-Person attendees, or you can bring your own.

Building a Well-Oiled Machine

AKA putting together a fabulous RIM team!

Join the team from Austin Energy for a fun and interactive session on how we built our RIM team to handle a department of 2,000 and drive our program to compliance.

The road to Compliance has been long. We started out in 2008 on a straight road, took a left at Change in Analyst Avenue, took another left at 2^nd Change in Analyst Road, took a very short detour to Analyst Three Street, then finally hit the interstate. Road construction began in 2019 with Ricka and the toll road opened in 2022 when Kim joined the crew. A left turn in 2022 to pick up Annie, a detour in 2023 when we added Vickie and a final rest stop in 2024 for Jo.

Now we have a well-oiled machine, and we’d like to share the challenges and triumphs of our program.
