AI alignment for your IG program: Your IG program should govern the way that your organization manages its data. With the influx of AI tools, how do you ensure that any implementations align with your program, and ensure secure, compliant, and responsible use of AI? How do you ensure that employees are not implementing "shadow IT" and uploading confidential information into public AI tools?
About the Speaker
Susan is the Head of Information Governance for Withers Bergman LLP. She transitioned her career path from working with Autistic Adults to Litigation to Information Governance. Although very different fields, they all relate to creating order and structure in an unorganized world. She is an active member of AIIM and ARMA International, serving on the Chapter Advisory Counsel and as a Coordinator for the Legal Industry Group. Susan has her M.S. in Technology Management from Brandeis University and holds certifications as a CIP, CRM/CIGO and IGP.
Location: This event is hybrid. The in-person option will be at the Austin Energy Headquarters (4815 Mueller Blvd., Austin, TX 78723. Free parking in the Austin Energy garage, see map below. The virtual option will be via Webex (virtual meeting info will be sent by end of day May 20th to those registered for the virtual option).
