Speaker Bios:

David (Dave) Tucker, PMP, CTCM, ITIL Foundation, CSM

Director of Strategic Digital Services, Texas Dept. of Information Resources (DIR)


A Texas public servant with over 20 years of experience providing the highest value state services to the citizens of Texas. Dave has an extensive background managing high-performance teams. His specialties include organizational change, IT service delivery, emerging technology, AI, vendor and contract management, systems and business analysis, program integration, training, communication, and process engineering. He is the DIR lead for the Artificial Intelligence User Group (AI-UG), a volunteer forum of public sector employees who seek to hear, learn, and share about artificial intelligence. Dave is PMP, CTCM, ITIL Foundation, and CSM Certified.


Robert (Rob) Cohan

Public Service Strategy & Consulting Group Lead - Americas, Accenture

Rob leads Accenture’s Americas Strategy & Consulting groups delivering professional services in the public sector and serves as a global team captain of Public Service AI Strategy. He has successfully partnered with public servants to identify how best to implement innovation and new technologies that deliver better results and outcomes for our citizens. Rob’s areas of expertise are digital transformation, strategic planning, artificial intelligence, policy and governance. Rob is a graduate MIT's GenAI for the C-suite and the University of Texas.
