About the Speaker:
Ryan Zilm, CEDS, CRM, CIP, IGP, FAI
Ryan has been an active contributor to the Information Management and Technology profession for more than 30 years and is currently the Director of Information Governance & Privacy for H2O America, a privately-held water utility company. He received his MBA from the U. of Texas at San Antonio, has a BA in Administrative Leadership from the U. of Oklahoma, has multiple industry-related certifications, and has participated in developing many foundational resources supporting associated information-related communities. Ryan has also served as Past President of the ARMA International Board of Directors, was the ICRMs Mentor of the Year in 2024, and was inducted into the ARMA Company of Fellows in October 2022.
Location: This event is hybrid. The in-person option will be at the Austin Energy Headquarters (4815 Mueller Blvd., Austin, TX 78723). Free parking in the Austin Energy garage, see map below. The virtual option will be via Webex (virtual meeting info will be sent by end of day March 4, 2026 to those registered for the virtual option).
