Join us for Austin ARMA's first workshop of 2023! Naomi Fritts will present on the fundamentals of Records and Information (RIM) programs, from program design to implementation to benchmarking and sustainment. This refresher includes example forms and procedures and breaks implementation down to the nuts and bolts of SMART tasks.

This overview of RIM fundamentals offers a refresher on basic concepts before getting hands-on with the nuts and bolts of implementation. The workshop finishes with methods to benchmark and measure existing programs according to the Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles. The Fundamentals of RIM remain relevant for programs of all maturity levels.

Consider staying onsite after class and joining us for our regular January Chapter Meeting at 11:30 a.m.
