Speaker Bios:


DEBORAH ROBBINS, CRM

Deborah has over twenty years of experience in the Records and Information Governance field, in city, county, and federal government, legal, finance, education, and private sectors. She has been involved in ARMA leadership boards, is the leader of a CRA/CRM Study Group, and instructor for Feith’s Records Management University. Deborah has served as a speaker on topics such as data mapping, gaining compliance with RIM, change management, professional development, and business continuity and disaster recovery."



RJ MAURO, MLIS, IGP

RJ is the Team Lead for Enterprise Content and Records Management at Valero and has experience across local government and the energy sector, leading projects in electronic records management, digitization, training, and information security. An active ARMA member and director on the ARMA International Board, she also teaches Records and Information Management at the University of Denver. Outside of work, RJ loves family road trips and exploring national parks.



RYAN ZILM, CEDS, CRM, CIP, IGP, FAI 

Ryan has been an active contributor to the Information Management and Technology profession for more than 29 years and is currently the Director of Information Governance & Privacy for SJW Group, a privately-held water utility company. He received his MBA from the U. of Texas at San Antonio, has a BA in Administrative Leadership from the U. of Oklahoma, has multiple industry-related certifications, and has participated in developing many foundational resources supporting associated information-related communities. Ryan has also served as Past President of the ARMA International Board of Directors, was the ICRMs Mentor of the Year in 2024, and was inducted into the ARMA Company of Fellows in October 2022.



TRISTA EVANS, CRM, MLIS

Trista joined the City of Pflugerville in 2017 and was appointed to City Secretary in 2021. She holds a Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of North Texas, is a certified Texas Municipal Clerk, and a Certified Records Manager.

Trista is currently the President of the Austin ARMA chapter of ARMA International.

CRM/CRA - 4 CMPs:  Pending approval

Approval codes will be sent to attendees after the event.

For in person attendees, we will meet at the LCRA Redbud Center, 3601 Lake Austin Blvd,  Austin, TX 78703. Visitor parking is in the Orange Area on the map below, ajacent to the Redbud Center Building. Parking is free.
